Abstract
This paper provides the technique for recalculation of initial conditions for state vector in observable canonical form of state-space representation for linear dynamical systems. Controversially to classical matrix-based approach, presented equations are less computationally demanding. Calculation approach is presented for continuous and discrete systems for both forms of canonical observable state-space representation presented in available literature.
