Abstract

The aim of my work to characterize and specify the criminal law - its function, guiding principles and foundations of criminal liability. Define the scope of criminal law, crime, punishment and their species. The third part is the most comprehensive and addresses the developmental stages of the offense, it specifies in detail and indicating the consequences of its commission.
