Intercultural communication with reference to the concept of interculturality during transition

While communication exists in all cultures and subcultures, communication norms and exceptions may be vastly diverse due to the differences in culture. Communication is an ongoing process that involves constant changes within the people involved and their environment. The focus of this paper is presenting the basic postulate of intercultural communication, sensitivity, competence, identity, cultural intelligence and barriers in intercultural communication with reference to concept of interculturality during the transition period.
