Abstract

The Ti plasmid of Agrobacterium tumefaciens T37 was reconstructed in several different plasmids. The performance of the border repeats alone and in conjunction with overdrive and a left border inhibitory region was measured in the potato disc assay. These results were compared to T-strand production and border nicking assays for similar plasmids.
