Abstract
A high performance millimeter wave harmonic mixer is presented in this paper. The principle, design, simulation, manufacture, and test results are given. The millimeter wave harmonic mixer is designed to operate at RF frequency band of 75GHz-110GHz. Mixer conversion loss is better than -46dB, and frequency response index is better than ±3dB in work frequency band. The harmonic mixer has been successfully applied to spectrum analyzer millimeter wave spreading instrument.
