The Insurance Market in Europe

Abstract
The paper shows the characteristics of insurance market in
Europe, as well as of CEA insurance market economies and the EU
single insurance market. Various indicators of the level of the
insurance market are used in the paper. In this paper we
present data on the level of the insurance market in several
advanced economies, with particular regard to data on
indicators of the level of the insurance market in Slovakia and
the Czech Republic.
