Older persons road safety needs analysis for the ACT

This project could not have been completed without the assistance of a wide range of people. Firstly I would like to acknowledge the time and efforts put into this project by people on the reference group who attended meetings and guided the process. While it is not possible to name everyone, I would in particular like to acknowledge the efforts of Sally Bachelard who as a community representative received no payment for her efforts, Robin Anderson for his diligence and efforts to “keep the project on time”, and Jean Butler who took time out of a busy schedule to read everything put before her. I would also like to acknowledge the members of the Council on the Ageing (ACT) (COTA) Urban Services and Planning Committee, who acted as another level of consumer input to the final drafts and who have committed COTA to pursue the recommendations coming from this project.
