Abstract

Essence and principles of self-regulation have been researched, the ways of improving the existing system of insurance market regulation have been suggested which is directed to the efficient development of interaction between institutions of government regulation and self-regulation. Досліджено сутність і принципи саморегулювання, запропоновані шляхи вдосконалювання існуючої системи регулювання страхового ринку, спрямовані на ефективний розвиток системи взаємодії інститутів державного регулювання й саморегулювання
