The study investigated impact transformational leadership and their dimension on commitment from perspectives of teacher in the selected public primary schools.The targeted population consisted of all teachers in New Deal's school in Perak.The sample was made up of 317 teachers from primary schools to study the relationship between transformational leadership and commitment using the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) and the threecomponent model of employee commitment survey.Correlation coefficient was used to analyze data.
