The necessity of sanitation procedures of an enterprise under financial crisis has been determined in the article. The classical sanitation model and every its element have been examined. Major aspects of an enterprise’s strategic controlling which guarantees an enterprise’s viability in the long-term period basing on present potential management as well as creating additional factors of success have been researched. У статті визначено необхідність застосування процедури санації підприємства в умовах фінансової кризи. Розглянуто класичну модель санації та кожну її складову. Досліджено головні аспекти стратегічного контролінгу підприємства, який забезпечує життєздатність підприємства в довгостроковому періоді на основі управління існуючим потенціалом та створення додаткових факторів успіху.
