It was investigated contents of the innovation activity and the major risks` classification features during this activities. It was identified a correlation of the innovation and the investment activities. It was proposed the priority directions for investment activity of industrial enterprises. Досліджено сутність інноваційної діяльності та основні класифікаційні ознаки ризиків в процесі такої діяльності. Визначено взаємозв’язок інноваційної і інвестиційної діяльності. Запропоновано пріоритетні напрямки інвестиційної діяльності промислових підприємств.
