Abstract

An Indian mackerel (Rastrelliger kanagurta) withdeformed snout was collected from the landings atKalamukku fish landing centre on 30.12.2015. Out of50 specimens of R. kanagurta, collected for thebiological studies, only one fish was observed with adeformed snout.
