The paper deals with the analysis of the private equity and venture capital investment activities on the market of Poland and Ukraine. Publications of the Polish Private Equity Association and reports of the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association have been used for data analysis. У статті проведено аналіз розміру, структури та джерел фінансування інвестицій фондів VC/PE в Польщі і в Україні. Підчас аналізу даних використано публікації Польської Спілки Капітальних Інвесторів та рапорти Європейської Спілки Venture Capital/ Private Equity.
