Abstract
The experience IJSC «Priargunsk industrial mining and chemical association» (PIMCA) displays that at a line mining of uranium ores the major value at a stage of ore dressing has averaging and stabilization of the optimal contents of uranium ores in commercial batches of uranium ores for their consequent ore preparation with usage of radiometric methods of sorting. The researches have shown, that for all streams of uranium ores there is a definite relation of technological parameters of uranium ores processing ores (output of a sort, degree of dressing and extraction of metal) from the mean uranium contents in commercial batches of uranium ores. The stabilization of the uranium optimal contents in ore stream allows to stabilize optimum regimes of uranium ores sorting with usage of radiometric methods. For the purposes of the forecast, the complex geologic and geotechnological researches were conducted to define the boundary contents of uranium, ensuring high technological parameters (indexes) at sorting and processing of uranium ores by hydrometallurgical methods. On the basis of performed researches the following empirical-formula dependences of X-ray radiometric separation efficiency from the mean contents of uranium in sorted commercial batches of ores are established: relation of uranium extraction in a concentrate from the initial contents of uranium in sorted ore; relation of an enrichment factor of uranium in a concentrate from the initial contents of uranium in sorted ore; relation of an output of rich ore from the minimum industrial contents of uranium; relation of an output (exit) of uranium in rich ore from the minimum industrial contents of uranium. On the basis of analysis of the received data it is established that the extraction of uranium in a concentrate at their separation depends on his initial contents in sorting ore and is increasing with the growth of the contents in initial (starting) ore from 0,02 up to 0,350 % to 68 up to 98 % accordingly
