Abstract
This paper studied the problem of consumption under the condition of uncertainty, and constructed a model of uncertainty can be divided and measured. Based on the practical data of China, the uncertainty of Chinese residents' consumption can be divided into two parts: the uncertainty of interest rate volatility and the uncertainty of the future consumption. Meanwhile, by estimating the intertemporal utility discount rate and risk aversion coefficient, this paper aim to explain that consumer behavior during the process of the intertemporal choice.
