Loan Trends in Lending of Agricultural Enterprises in Lviv Region

Modern trends in lending of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine give evidence of many problems existing in this area. Under these circumstances, commercial banks' loans remain the only way to meet the need in additional resources for enterprises of the agricultural sector. The article is devoted to the assessment of lending of agricultural enterprises in Lviv region. The main reasons that slow down the credit growth were disclosed. The analysis of provided loans to the agricultural enterprises in Lviv region during the years 2010-2015 was held and the directions of their intended use were outlined. The scopes of involvement of commercial banks in lending of agricultural enterprises in Lviv region were estimated. Basic conditions of lending of agricultural enterprises by commercial banks were determined. The dynamics of costs funding on cheapening of loans for agricultural enterprises in Lviv region during the years 2012-2015 was exemplified. The attention was paid to the need for active government support of agricultural enterprises in the field of lending.
