Abstract

The bankruptcy proceedings is the last stage of the proceedings of the debtor's bankruptcy. As a result of the bankruptcy proceedings terminated the existence of the legal entity or ceases business activities of the citizen. This procedure aims at the expense of the debtor's property to distribute the proceeds in the order defined by the law. At the same time receivership protects the property interests of participants in the bankruptcy process of misconduct in relation to each other. Thus, receivership is a procedure that is applied to the debtor, is declared bankrupt, and aims to adequate satisfaction of creditors.
