Abstract

This paper describes the brushless DC motor drive based on sensorless control back Emf zero crossing detection for enable the drive work on wide range of speed. The dynamic equations of the motor are modelled in MATLAB/Simulink. In addition to this, by controlling the filter output speed control of BLDC motor is done. Back emf is obtained from the difference between line voltages, by applying this new technique of filtering zero crossing detection of back emf can be neglected.
