Abstract

Entrepreneurial intentions are not inborn but developed in accordance with the factors that influence it. These factors may arise from internal factors (in the individual) and external factors (outside people). In honing his intellectual intelligence (IQ) to understand the knowledge of management, students are not enough to do a good learning behavior, but is also driven by emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ). The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of knowledge management to the intention of entrepreneurship moderated by emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. These study results indicate that there is significant influence from student management knowledge to the entrepreneurship intention where moderated by emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. Results of this study can also serve as a reference by the faculty in providing course material so that management can be easily understood by students and applied in the business world, especially in enterpreneurship because of the encouragement of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence.
