Role of Social Capital on Development

Social capital is a modern concept is introduced in economical and social studying modern societies. The plan of t his approach in most arguments relating to economical development is mar ker of social structures and relation ships among people (social capital on developing variables in all dimensions. To tally social capita l is based on cultural and social factors and recognizing it as one capital ei ther in massive management of organizations and institutions can co ntribute new understanding from social economical systems and ma nagers in better guide. The purpose of study is instruction of conce pts and subjects of social capital and practical role in development an d its types. This study implies that social capital in inter organizations, intra organizations can be effective procedure for economical, social and cdevelopment. Nowadays social capital plays more important role t han physical and human capital and networks of collective relationsh ips are solidarity between humans and organizations. In absence of soc ial capital, other capitals lose its effectiveness and without social capital, running paths of development and difficult and uneven cultural and e conomical evolution. In this study, it is implied by concept of social capital and then aspects of economical profits and general social capital and h ow making, maintaining and annihilating social capital, after that explaining the role of government for making social capital and finally presenting one model as practical factors of public sector organizations for producing social capital.
