Abstract

A photoacoustic tomography (PAT) guided diffuse optical tomography (DOT) reconstruction scheme is introduced. The results demonstrate the proposed PAT-guided DOT approach is capable of effectively improving the quantitative accuracy and spatial resolution of DOT reconstruction.
