Abstract

The small business activity abroad and in Russia and its role in the economic development is analyzed in this article. The confines of small business are disclosed. The essential characteristics of a small enterprise are justified. The value of the balanced investment financing into the innovative development of small business is shown. The ways of perfection of the investment and innovative strategy of a small enterprise on the  basis  of the criterion of the optimization of the investment financing are proposed.
