Abstract

New technologies and new business modes brought by network technology lead to emerging new copyright infringement and dispute, and it is difficult to confirm infringement act and responsibility too. In order protect the network copyright, the paper analysis the network copyright characteristics of balance, specificity and internationalism, and provides some methods for network copyright protection such as perfect legislation, better copyright levy system, powerful technical protection, and reasonably utilize the charge.
