Abstract

In this article considers personnel safety, as a component of pharmaceutical economic safety. On the basis of a principle subsidiarity the concept of personnel safety and a matrix of support of personnel safety of the pharmaceutical organization is offered. With usage of the theory of fuzzy sets the system of a quantitative estimation of personnel making economic safety of the pharmaceutical organization is formulated. In operation major factors of personnel safety are studied, significances of weight coefficients are installed.
