The study analyzes the influence on the prognosis of blockade of the right bundle branch block in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Score the prognostic value of blockade of the right bundle branch block was carried out in comparison with a group of patients without intraventricular conduction disturbances, and a group of patients with left bundle branch block. Established negative prognostic effect of blockade of the right bundle branch block in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and this negative effect was maintained after 30 days a year, 3 years.
