Abstract
With the change of the world-wide market competition, Virtual Enterprises (VE) will become new organization form of manufacturing enterprises. As VE is a complicated enterprise over multi-enterprise, how to build an optimal VE organization is a difficult problem. In this paper, based on analysis of the VE organization, the modelling methodology for VE include enterprise architecture, reference model, enterprise modelling methods and its toolkit, guideline for system implementation is proposed.
