Abstract
In this paper, the authors discussed about the integrative evaluation of the development of the Chinapsilas vice-provincial cities. It used the principal components analysis to evaluate the economic standard of 15 vice-provincial cities and also analysis the characters of the top three cities and the last three cities, furthermore, it tried to grade the economic status of these cities by cluster analysis.
