Abstract

SOA allows a rapid and low-cost application development through service composition. Existing used methodologies designed to support service oriented development cannot be reused for semantic SOA without any adaptation. As a consequence, new methodologies are required to ensure effective semantic SOA application development. This paper aims to present an implementation strategy for the semantic layer of the Semantic SOA.
