Research on Price Structure and Price Forms of IT Project

Due to the characteristics of the meaning, constitution and dynamic behaviors of price for IT project, its price structure and price forms cannot be simply equated with general merchandise. Commonly, the components of IT project price vary a lot with different angles. We mainly in this paper focused from the perspectives of IT project life cycle, expenditure pattern and trading environment. On the basis, the paper made a deep study of the price forms of IT project, involving theoretical price, planned price, free price and cost price, and dwelled on government price, government guiding price and market regulation price in combination with the nature and features of various costs of IT project.
