Describes the characteristics and design method of data model in the data warehouse, then it introduce the decision support system based on data warehouse, taking the establishment of sale decision analysis system as the example combined with OLAP, gives a design and implementation methods of decision based on analysis of data warehouse technology systems, it analyzes data warehouse's important affects using in the modern decision support system and the new development direction of decision support system.
