Abstract
Restriction fragments length polymorphism analysis (RFLP), and random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD), and allozyme analysis are three representatives of the various techniques used in the estimation of genetic diversity at molecular level. Genetic variation is not randomly distributed through the genome. Thus, the pattern of sampling will affect the result of analysis to some degree. RAPDs, as a genetic marker utilized by the population biologists, has its advantages.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
