Abstract
Results of the study of the current state and dynamics of littoral zooplankton communities of the Kiev Reservoir are given in the paper. Modern tendencies of the formation of littoral zooplankton qualitative indices have been analyzed and compared with literature data. A total of three zooplankton species proved to be new to the fauna of Ukraine and ten species – to the Kiev Reservoir. Taxonomic and ecological spectra of zooplankton, and also its distribution over various biotopes, have been analyzed.
