Abstract

This study is focused upon the identification of the organizational and instructional practices, which are used by teachers who have been selected to engage with students in a single gender environment and the learning results of the arrangement (Ferrara, 2009).More specifically, the purpose of the study is to ascertain the manner that these practices and the related learning outcomes are influenced when teachers have been made aware of their gender-based teaching proclivities. To the One who made available to me wisdom, righteousness, sanctification and redemption and because of Him I can do all things (I Corinthians 1:30, Philippians 4:13).Without the Holy Spirit guiding, leading, encouraging and protecting me during this process, none of this would be possible.I thank God for the fortitude to complete this task and may it be used for kingdom purposes.
