Abstract
This article is devoted to the practice of state regulation of prices for socially-oriented goods and services. The theoretical aspects of state regulation of prices for consumer goods and methods of state regulation of prices for sociallyoriented products have been considered. The characteristic of retail prices for food products in retail of Zaporizhzhia region, including trade allowances has been given.
