Rare Causes of Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. Report of Two Cases.

We report two cases of cubital tunnel syndrome due to rare causes.Case 1: A 74-year-old man with ulnar nerve palsy. Radiographic examinations demonstrated osteoarthritic changes in his right elbow. A ganglion in the cubital tunnel retinaculum and another ganglion under the floor of the cubital tunnel were observed during the operation.Case 2: A 45-year-old woman had a fracture in her left elbow. Two weeks later from the fixation of the olecranon with tension band wiring, she complained of numbness of her ring and small fingers. Radiographic examinations demonstrated heterotopic ossification at the cubital tunnel, operation was performed to release the cubital tunnel. Heterotopic ossification was seen under the floor of the cubital tunnel and compressed ulnar nerve.
