Abstract

For Aihuang, the shoot induction rate was over 50% on MS media supplemented with 1.0-2.5mg BA/L+0.2-0.5mg IAA/L, and was the highest (81.3%) on MS media supplemented with 2.5mg BA/L+0.2mg IAA/L. For Xianfeng, the shoot induction rate was over 50% on MS media supplemented with 1.0-2.0 mg BA/L+0.2 mg IAA/L, and was the highest (76.3%) on MS media supplemented with 2.0 mg BA/L+0.2 mg IAA/L. The adventitous shoots were subcultured on the same media and transferred onto rooting media (1/2 MS media) when growing to 1-2 cm in length, and then produced roots and formed plantlets in a short time.
