Intangible assets management of university is a systematic project, which covers many aspects of running university.Based on the particularity of intangible assets in the university, the author sums up the research status and characteristic of intangible assets management systems of university and gives the sugguestion that it is development the Operating Mechanism to improve the intangible assets management systems for university.
