Abstract
Gingival recession is characterizedbythe apical migration of gingival tissue margin apical to cement-enamel junction. These defects give rise to both functional and esthetic challenges. Therefore, looking for a satisfactory outcome, several techniques have been proposed for the same. The purpose of this case report was to clinically evaluate the use of coronally advanced flap (CAF) to cover labial gingival recession defect.
