Abstract
Laser rapid prototyping (LPR) technology has developing fast in recent years. Traditional machine's motion program is developed using library function provided by the developer of the motion controller and ran in computer, which increase communication burden of the system. The machine designed in this paper select the products of ACS Motion Control of Israel as the motion controller, motor driver and I/O module and they can communicate through EtherCAT network. The main motion program developed in ACSPL+ language is stored and ran in the controller, which reduce the interaction times between the computer and motion control card, thus improving the precision, reliability and respond speed of the system.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
