Abstract
尿細管・間質性腎病変は,原因が抗尿細管基底膜抗体などの免疫学的なものと,非免疫学的機序により起こるものがあるが,いずれの場合にもその進展には免疫学的機序による悪循環が重要である.最近では,糸球体疾患においても蛋白尿中の補体などによる尿細管・間質障害が起こることが分かり,全ての腎疾患におけるfinal common pathwayとしての免疫学的尿細管・間質障害が注目されている.
