Abstract
Research on Christian Doppler unveiled new aspects of his life. The Doppler-Effect is used in many physical fields, even several Nobel Prices are associated with the Doppler Effect. Following the path of his observations, from the primary formulas he developed, to the use in Ultrasound Diagnostic. Translating this interesting vita into a modern presentation with distinctive examples.
