Abstract

The latest news in the Indian intellectual property scenario is on the changing stance of the Indian Patent Office on the patentability of Computer Related Inventions. The spotlight of March 2016 is on the new guidelines issued by the Indian Patent office for examination of the applications for patents related to inventions in the area of computers and software.
