Abstract

This article describes plans for the Panama City-Bay County International Airport, scheduled for completion in Spring 2010. The article presents background information regarding the need for an airport in Northwest Florida, financing for the airport, as well as noting how the airport's green credentials may qualify it for becoming the world's first carbon neutral airports.
