'Sometimes they Come Back…' Prolegomena to the Coming Resurrection of the Late Soviet Social Institution of 'Raspizdyaystvo' in Modern Russia

Article is devoted to a specific social institution “raspizdyaystvo” which emerged in its most bright as the end of the 70s, which flourished in the 80th and disappeared in the 90s. The article concludes that the social institution appears because of the triple conflict between the aims and values promoted by the state, society and the individual. The author believes that in Russia today there are conditions for the emergence of this social institution, which could once again become one of the most attractive models of self-determination in social life, and it will be carries with serious risks to society.
