Abstract
Methods for using an automated, multiple collector, magnetic-sector TIMS to measure isotopic ratios in biological samples from human tracer studies have been developed. Methods are described herein for preparing isotopes for use, administering isotopes orally and intravenously, collecting samples, preparing samples for analysis, measuring isotopic ratios, and double isotope dilution calculations
