Abstract

After more than 60 years of European integration, sociology of social policy faces a puzzling paradox: there has been considerable scientific interest in the development of a European social policy, but only few practical achievements. If there is any unique feature of social policy at the European level, it is the mere fact that it is one of the least Europeanised political fields. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
