Everyone knows that each formation al process target at reaching solutions that keep up wiper the interventions of the beneficial environment and the needs of the work market related to it .because this letter considered as a necessary condition to build and drew an informational program which is characterized by the flexibility that enable him to follow the demands and the new needs that the current changes impose it on the direct and indirect environment. The field of bookstore and information is considered one of the fields that requires the necessity to put such programs thinks to the current development through the technological changes that lead into deep changes .concerning the concept and the nature of informational and bookstore work .as a whole however the establishment of formation is no more capable alone to catch these development and speeding changes along with putting programs of formation that conform with the big happening. Therefore ;the realization of this requires much efforts from everyone involved into the formational process ,mainly professional associations that is regarded as the inter medial between the establishments of formation and the exterior world ,because of their capacity to know the ultimate development and the new needs .since it existed in the professional environment .and this paper aim at showing the role of professional association in determining the formational pragram in the field of bookstore and information through exposing the leading experiment for American library association (ALA) ,which started at the beginning of the twentieth in the previous century .we are going to tack the document of Instructions which was made by this association which determine the basic principle of the formation in the domain of bookstore and information ,along with its ways and requirements .which is the principals which was applied by a huge number of formation establishments in the USA and Canada and outside ,with a review about the program of master for the institution of bookstore and documentation at the university of Constantine .
