Abstract

The main problems of engineering cost management in China are introduced. BIM (building information model) brings new change in engineering cost management and improves the efficiency of information sharing in every construction phase. Through the study of BIM application in engineering cost management, analyzes its huge application value on project valuation and cost management of the project.
