Abstract

As a practitioner in the international capital markets it is only natural that I will comment on the present situation of the financial system from that particular angle. Within our economic system capital markets are the mechanism through which savings in all forms get allocated to the different capital users. With the exception of the now defunct Communist countries, all western economies have capital markets that are liberalised to various degrees. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
