Crisis Management After the Crisis

This chapter demonstrates how crisis management goes beyond the handling of the immediate crisis situation, showing how Shell applied crisis management principles at this phase of the crisis and benefited from doing so. That examination allows a consideration of the consultants’ case that crisis management after crises is less effective and inferior to their advocated approach.
